Might I suggest two more resources for you: Udi&#039;s GF bread (made in Denver and sold at Vitamin Cottage and Whole Foods). It is leaps and bounds above the other breads on the market. You can also go to Udi&#039;s deli in Denver and get a GF sandwich!
